Project Director/Team Leader

Jeff is the founder and Team Leader for the Way of Compassion.  He is a certified facilitator with the Center for Engaged Compassion. He is a 2008 graduate of Drew University's Doctor of Ministry program in Worship and Christian Spirituality. He has been involved in Christian Education, curriculum development and formation work at the local, state and national levels of the Church of God, including serving on the planning and implementation team for the Lilly Sustaining Pastoral Excellence:SHAPE project. Most recently, Dr. Hayes served the church as the professor of Christian spirituality, director and Dean for the Master of Ministry program and the Bachelor’s degree in Transformational Christian ministry at Warner University, Lake Wales, FL.

Rev. Dr. Arthur Kelly is a retired but still teaching educator who has served as teacher and administrator in Christian higher education for over forty years; was co-author, national facilitator and trainer for the SHAPE, the Lilly Sustaining Pastoral Excellent project; and has served the Church of God in various ordained pastoral and educational roles. He has been involved in Christian Education, curriculum development and formation work at the local, state and national levels of the Church of God.
